Notes: Cells were untreated (lane UT) or treated with DMSO 0.08% (v/v), ACA, AEA, AMCA at their IC₅₀ (4.8, 9.5, and 29.6 μM, respectively) for 24 h. Left lane (M) shows DNA size markers. Cellular DNA was extracted and subjected to agarose gel electrophoresis.
