A sheep anti-gp120 antibody (D7324) was coated in ELISA wells as a capture and Y498 was used at 2 μg/ml to probe the WT or mutant Env in the protein extractions of transfected cells. The experiments were repeated three times and the data are expressed as means ± standard deviations.
