CNE-1 and HNE-1 Cells were transfected with negative control siRNA or DEPDC1 siRNA, and then subjected to cell cycle distribution analysis by flow cytometry at 24 h, 48h and 72h after transfection, respectively. Cell cycle distribution data were quantified based on at least three independent experiments (P* < 0.05 P*** < 0.001, using Student's t-test).
