Total RNA was extracted from 18 colon cancer tissues and corresponding normal tissues, and miR-223 was detected by real-time PCR. miR-223 was upregulated in colon cancer tissues compared with normal colon (A), miR-223 upregulation is associated with colon cancer differentiation (B), invasion (C), lymph node metastasis (D), and Dukes stage (E). miR-223 was upregulated in p120 low expression tissues compared with p120 high expression tissues (F). n=3; *P<0.05 vs. normal control.
