LoVo cells were transiently transfected with miR-223 mimics, miR-223 inhibitor, or negative control, respectively, and were transfected with p120 siRNA, p120 1A, or p120 3A plasmid as control. 48 h after transfection, c-Myc and cyclinD1 were detected by western blotting, with actin as the loading control (A).
