(A) Quantitative RT-PCR for CYP19A1, FSHR, and HSD17β transcription factors. The mRNA levels of all genes was normalized to the porcine granulosa cells GAPDH gene. (B) Protein levels of CYP19A1/ACTIN, FSHR/ACTIN, and HSD17β/ACTIN by western blotting. The protein levels was normalized to ACTIN. The results are presented as mean ± SD. All experiments were repeated at least three times. *P < 0.05; ** P < 0.01.
