0 = Inconclusive, I = normal/negative, II = benign, III = probably benign (2%suspicion of malignancy), IV - 34% suspicious of malignancy. Only a few had category III and IV lesions; more were detected using ultrasound. Commonest features seen were mass, spiculations and architectural distortion.
