For all experiments, animals were examined 3 or 7 days post-hatching, and were transferred onto NGM plates containing aldicarb for testing. For all, error bars are ± SEM and are performed in triplicates; *p < 0.01 and **p < 0.001 for comparisons to the wild type counterpart and #p < 0.01 for comparisons to the 3 day old counterpart.
