Compared with sham operation group, the number of TUNEL-positive cells was significantly increased in sevoflurane anesthesia, chloral hydrate anesthesia and knockout group. The number of TUNEL-positive cells in sevoflurane anesthesia group was significantly lower than that in chloral hydrate anesthesia and knockout group. No significant difference between chloral hydrate anesthesia and knockout group. Compared with sham operation group, *P<0.05; compared with sham operation group, **P<0.01; Compared with sevoflurane anesthesia group, P<0.01.
