MKP-1 siRNA abrogates suppressive activity of Gln against DNFB-induced CD. Mice were i.v. injected with 200 µl of the PEI mixture containing 0.4 nmol siRNA 24 h before challenge of DNFB. Gln or Cys was applied three times (×3) in the ear skin after DNFB challenge. (A) ESRs were measured at 0 and 24 h after challenge.
