(A) Immortalized wild-type MEFs treated with siRNA against the indicated Rab GTPases were stimulated with poly (dI:dC) for 24 h. The levels of IFN-β in the culture supernatants were measured by ELISA.

(B) Primary MEFs stably expressing the indicated shRNAs were stimulated with the indicated ligands (500 ng/ml or 1000 ng/ml) for 24 h. The levels of IFN-β in the supernatants were measured by ELISA. The results shown are means ± SD (n = 3); *P < 0.01.

(C) Primary MEFs stably expressing the indicated shRNAs were stimulated with the indicated ligands for 6 h. The levels of Ifnb1 mRNA were measured by quantitative RT-PCR. The results shown are means ± SD (n = 3); *P < 0.01.
