Effect of orbital shaking on the phosphorylation of ERK, JNK, p38, and AKT. MG-63 cells were exposed to orbital shaking for 5–180 min, and then phosphorylation of ERK, JNK, p38, and AKT in cell lysates was measured by western blotting. Cells treated with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or anisomycin (AN) were used as positive controls for kinase activation.
