The effect of 48 h treatment with different concentrations of sodium benzoate (0.125, 0.25 and 0.5 mg/mL) on reactive oxygene speices production of aluminum maltolate (500 μM) in PC12 Cells. The reactive oxygene speices production was assessed according to changes in the fluorescence intensity the oxidation product of 2',7’-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA). The values are expressed as mean ± S.E.M of at least three independent experiments.
