WT IL-1α and IL-1β KO mice were injected with either saline or LPS/GalN at time point 0. Blood was collected via the inferior vena cava at the designated times after LPS/GalN injection (n = 3 at each time point of each group). Serum AST (A) and ALT (B) levels were determined using standard procedure. Results are expressed as mean ± standard error. Differences between groups were assessed using the analysis of variance (T-TEST).
