Extract of Sheng-Mai-San (ESMS) ameliorated cardiac function and decreased myocardial injury in myocardial ischemia (MI)-induced heart failure (HF) mice. (A) Representative M-mode of echocardiograms. Cardiac performance was determined by echocardiography after three weeks of coronary artery ligation (CAL) in mice.
