17-DMAG inhibited proliferation of mammospheres derived from Triple-negative breast cancer cells (TNBC). AS-B244 or MDA-MB-231 TNBC cells were cultured under mammosphere cultivation conditions and treated with 0.1% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) or the indicated concentration of 17-DMAG. The number of primary mammospheres was counted at Day 7 and mammospheres were then collected, dissociated into single cells, and subjected to secondary mammosphere formation.
