Exosomes of miR‐181‐5p (Exo‐181)‐induced autophagy through inhibition of the STAT3/Bcl‐2/Beclin 1‐dependent signalling pathway. (A) Exosomes reversed TGF‐β‐induced STAT3, Bcl‐2 up‐regulation and Beclin‐1 down‐regulation of expression in HSC‐T6 cells. HSCs were treated with TGF‐β at 2 ng/ml. (B) HSCs were treated with TGF‐β at 2 ng/ml. Exosomes‐induced autophagy assay by Western blot. (C) HSC‐T6 cells were infected with Exo‐181 for 24 hrs, and LC3 puncta formation was analysed by immunofluorescence.
