Effects of JK‐1 on ASP‐induced inflammation in gastric mucosa. The mice were fasted for 36 hrs with free access to drinking water and then were treated as DRUG TREATMENTS AND EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN. (A‐D) The gastric mucosa from the following groups was collected and prepared for H&E staining. (A) Control group, (B) ASP group, (C) ASP+JK‐1 group, (D) JK‐1 group. (E and F) The mouse gastric mucosa from the above groups was cut and split, and the protein samples were extracted for measuring IL‐6 and TNF‐α with the ELISA kits.
