qRT-PCR analysis of PgUGT5 and PgUGT5b transcript abundance showed DE over the time course of early shoot development. Total RNA extracted from tissue collected over the time course of early shoot development was used to determine the relative abundance of PgUGT5 and PgUGT5b transcripts. Transcript abundance detected for each time point was compared with the abundance at the April 24 time point.
