Total RNAs from the cells cultured in the conditions as described in Figure 1. RT-PCR was performed using the primer set that amplifies full length mdig mRNA with a size of 1,510bp. The PCR products were separated on 1% agarose gel. Arrows indicates full length and the alternatively spliced mdig mRNAs.
