At 0, 0.5, 2, 4, 8h post HKST treatment, RAW264.7 cells were stained with a NF-kB p65 antibody and related secondary antibodies by using an immunofluenrence staining assay (A). Location of p65 was also stained in IR group and IR+HKST group (B). The effects of HKST on TRIF, MyD88 and MAPK signaling pathway at 0, 0.5, 8h after irradiation were measured by a western blot assay (C). (n=5).
