Tumor bearing-mice were administered 20 – 240 mg/kg gemcitabine and tumors harvested at 18 and 42 h. In addition, mice were administered 50 mg/kg MK-8776 at either 18 or 42 h and then tumors harvested at 24 or 48 h, respectively. Serial sections from the tumors were stained for Ki67, geminin and γH2AX; representative tumor sections are shown. Results reflect the percent of Ki67-positive cells that are positive for geminin (red) or γH2AX (blue). Results represent the mean and SEM for at least 2 sections from 2-4 mice at each condition.
