(A) NB4 cells were treated for 7 hours with 7 μM BV6 in the presence or absence of 10 μM Sorafenib. (B) Jurkat cells were treated for 24 hours with 5 μM BV6 and 1 ng/ml TNFα in the presence or absence of 5 μM Sorafenib. Cell death was determined by FSC/SSC analysis and flow cytometry.
