To induce resistance, LL/2 cell line was continuously exposed for more than 6 months to gradually increasing concentrations of sunitinib. (A) Value of IC50 to sunitinib increased in LL/2-R cells. Points, mean of three independent experiments; bars, SD. (B) LL/2-R cells had a reduced cell growth inhibition, when treated with sunitnib.
