Photomicrographs show SOX17 protein levels in one representative SOX17 wild-type (WT) tumor and five tumors harboring different SOX17 mutations. Tumors are counter-stained with cytokeratin to show epithelial tissue. SOX17 shows strong nuclear staining in the epithelial components of all tumors, regardless of mutation status.
