(B) Quantitative analysis of γ-H2AX focus resolution in CBCs and CESCs cells after 19 Gy WBR. Percent ISCs with γ-H2AX foci was determined by counting CBCs located between lysozyme positive Paneth cells and CESCs located between cKit+ positive Paneth-like cells. Data (mean ± standard error) are collated from 3 experiments analyzing 50 ISCs/mouse and two mice/experiment. **p<0.01, *p<0.05.
