A photograph of an extended, linked double-row construct showing the integration of a human acellular dermal patch into the rotator cuff repair in a left shoulder. The rotator cuff was repaired medially onto the native tendon footprint of the tuberosity, the graft was placed on top of the native tendon, and the graft was secured by sutures and suture tapes, thus completing the double-row construct.
