Start and end intervals in megabases (Mb) on target chromosome (Chr) pseudomolecule according to genome version 3.5.1.
Units for SSC are expressed in °Bx; for SUC, FRU, GLU, CIT, and MAL, trait values are expressed in mg g−1 fresh weight.
Includes portion of the interval in heterozygosis.
