Both transcript variants of lnc173 are located predominantly in the nucleus. RNA was isolated from whole-cell lysates or nuclear fractions of unstimulated Jurkat cells. Equivalent amounts of RNA were reverse-transcribed and cDNA used for qRT-PCR. Shown is the relative amount of RNA in the nuclear fraction compared to whole-cell RNA.
