Effect of PD‐L1 blockade on tumorigenesis in interleukin (IL)‐6‐deficient mice. CT26 murine colon cancer cells (1 × 10⁶) were intradermally injected into wild‐type and IL‐6^−/− BALB/c mice (day 0). Anti‐PD‐L1 mAb or control IgG (200 μg/mouse) was injected intraperitoneally into wild type and IL‐6^−/− mice at day 5 and then every 4 days thereafter.
