CHD7 expression is significantly associated with aggressiveness and poorer prognosis of breast cancer. (A) Expression levels of CHD7 across five subtypes of TCGA breast cancer samples. (B) CHD7 was significantly more highly expressed in Grade 3 compared with that in Grade 1 and Grade 2 METABRIC breast cancers (P < 0.001).
