BV-2 cells were treated with 100 ng/mL of LPS for 30 min and then treated with compound 5 for 24 h. (A–C) Effect of compound 10 on proinflammatory cytokines, TNF-α, IL-6, and PGE2 in LPS-stimulated BV-2 microglia cells. PGE2 was measured using a competitive immunoassay kit (Cayman Chemical, Ann Arbor, MI, U.S.A). TNF-α and IL-6 were measured using an ELISA development kit. All the data are presented as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments. *p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 vs. LPS-treated cells.
