Nucleotide and translated amino acid sequences of TC379245, DQ872381 and Traes_2BS_D44E4B43A were aligned in Clone manager to find out sequence similarity. Note – Nucleotide at position 486 bp (422 bp in CDS) in TC379245 was removed before translation as it causes frameshift mutation.
