Kinetic parameters describing the interactions of PfCRTDd2 and PfCRTHB3 with ferrous and ferric iron

Best-fit values of kinetic parameters were obtained from the kinetics of ferrous and ferric iron uptake using the Michaelis–Menten equation (Fig. 8). The means ± S.E. of NBR (shown in parentheses) independent biological determinations are shown. Statistical significance was determined between corresponding kinetic parameters, using a two-tailed t test.
