BOO causes an increase in collagen expression in 12 days that is blocked by glyburide and anakinra. The groups are the same used in Fig. 1 and described in materials and methods. Results are the means ± SE; n = 6, 8, 5, 6, and 5, respectively. All groups were compared using a one-way ANOVA followed by a Student-Newman-Keuls post hoc test. Brackets above the graph indicate group comparisons and their level of significance.
