The table shows the Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) changes in 630Δerm and 630E compared to the reference 63012 and also the new annotation by Riedel et al (The column ‘Gene’ represents the gene (or intergenic region (IG)) in which the change occurs, the column ‘position’ indicates the exact nucleotide position of the change.).22 It also contains SNP frequency (F) and genomic coverage (C) as well as the resultant amino acid change (AA). No change from the original 630 annotation12 is represented by a dash (–).
