In vivo monitoring of PEG₁₇-PPS₂₈-PBI-PPS₂₈-PEG₁₇ polymersome disassembly within lymph node resident immune cell populations. Polymersomes (10 mg/mL) or PBS controls (ctr) were injected subcutaneously into mice and brachial lymph nodes were extracted at the indicated time points for analysis by flow cytometry.
