Co-treatment of simvastatin and tipifarnib blocks ERK phosphorylation in human leukemia cells. Upon treatment with simvastatin (4 μM) and tipifarnib (1 μM), alone and in combination for 24hr, leukemia cells were processed for western blot analysis using the indicated antibodies.
