GPC3-Specific Antitumor Effect in the BALB/c HCC Model

(A) Treatment effect of LC/GPC3⁺ on GPC3⁻ and GPC3⁺ HCC tumors. BALB/c mice were inoculated 1MEA and 1MEA^GPC3 cells. After tumors became visible, mice were treated by intravenous administration of LC/GPC3⁺ and LC. The tumor size was monitored for 30 days (n = 10). (B) GPC3-specific antibody response. GPC3-specific antibody was determined at the end of the experiment by ELISA (n = 10). Sera were diluted at 1:2,000.
