CD5⁺ CD3⁻ CD34⁻ (purple, upper left quadrant) and CD5⁺ CD3⁻ CD34⁺ (teal, upper right quadrant) populations are targeted and lysed by CD5CAR NK-92. CD5⁻ CD3⁻ CD34⁺ cells (teal, lower right quadrant) remain unaffected. (b) CD5CAR NK-92 cells show specific lysis of CD5⁺ (B-cell MCL) populations.
