(A) LncRNA UBE2CP3 expression was detected in HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells by qRT-PCR after transfected with lentivirus encoding lncRNA UBE2CP3 short hairpin or a scrambled shRNA. (B) After knockdown of lncRNA UBE2CP3 in HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells, cell migration was assessed by wound healing assays. (C) Trans-well migration assay was performed in lncRNA UBE2CP3-suppressed HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells. (D) Trans-well invasion assay was performed in lncRNA UBE2CP3-suppressed HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells. Data are presented as mean ± SD for at least three independent experiments, *P < 0.05.
