Mononuclear cells were isolated from WT and SphK2-KO mice after 3 days (Panel A) or 6 days (Panel B) of G-CSF mobilization (100 μg/kg per day, subcutaneously) or after Plerixafor-induced mobilization (5 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection, Panel C). The numbers of WBCs, SKL (Sca-1+ c-kit+ Lin−) cells, HSCs (Sca-1+ CD45+ Lin−), and CFU-GM clonogenic progenitors were evaluated from PB. Results from two separate experiments are pooled together. *P ≤ 0.05.
