Each column shows the number of the PCR-positive B16F10 clones for each primer pair out of the number of analysed clones. B16F10 clones derived from CHO HisD#4 showed that 21 of 22 were positive with primer pair #3; in contrast, all of the clones were negative with primer pairs #4, 5 and 6. Therefore, 21 of 22 analysed clones (95%) showed an ideal result for PCR, indicating successful truncation of hChr. 21.
