Effect of WSZG on the mRNA levels of CCL5/CCR5 and IL-17B/IL-17BR in bone metastatic tissues induced by co-injection of MDA-MB-231BO cells with BMSCs. After treatment with (ig 3.25, 6.5, and 13.0 g·kg⁻¹·d⁻¹) or ZA (ip 100 μg/kg) for 4 weeks, the relative expression of CCL5, CCR5, IL-17B, and IL-17BR mRNA were determined by real-time PCR (n=3, mean±SEM).
