Detection of Viral Proteins and Neutrophil Infiltration in Tumor Tissue

2, 4, and 7 days after the first injection of either NS116-GFP/AT or NS116-GFP/AE virus, PANC-1 tumors were extracted and fixed in 3.7% formaldehyde. Immunohistochemical staining of de-paraffinized sections was performed using anti-hemagglutinin antibody (blue), anti-neutrophil antibody (green), anti-cytokeratin-7 antibody (as a marker of PANC-1 cells) (red), and DNA dye DRAQ5 (yellow).
