Sweat loss (L) = Body mass before exercise (kg) – Body mass after exercise (kg) + (Volume of fluid consumed during exercise [L]) – (Urine volume, if any [L])
Sweat rate (L/h) = Sweat loss (L) / Exercise duration (h)
