Worse vs better age‐comparative self‐rated health and risk of ischemic heart disease in the China Kadoorie Biobank study: stratified analysis. Hazard ratios (95% confidence intervals) were calculated after adjustment of age, marital status, household income, education level, occupation, menopausal status, sleep problems, alcohol consumption, cigarette smoking, physical activity, body mass index, family history of heart disease, baseline major depression, diabetes melllitus, hypertension, and other comorbidities, except for the stratified variable in the corresponding stratified analysis.
