HCASMCs were serum-starved for 24 h prior to treatment with Gln1-CX3CL1 or pGlu1-CX3CL1 (600 ng/ml) for the indicated times. Cell lysates were prepared and Western blotted. Membranes were stained with phosphospecific antibodies before stripping and reprobing with pan-specific antibodies. Quantification of the bands was done using FusionSoftware.
