Hepatic oxidative DNA damage in the NF and OF groups at 7 months. Oxidative DNA damage was evaluated using 53BP-1 staining at the same magnification (20x) in the OF (A) and NF (E) groups. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue) (B and F). Negative control was included in OF (C) and NF (G) groups, and nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (D and H). These pictures are representative images from n = 8 animals/group.
