C-C chemokine receptor-like 2 (CCRL2)-positive vesicles colocalize with markers of the slow recycling pathway. COS-7 cells expressing acyl carrier protein (ACP)-CCRL2 were enzymatically labeled. After labeling, cells were incubated at 37°C for 20 min, fixed, permeabilized and mounted after staining for the indicated markers. Images were taken at 100× magnification. Labeled CCRL2 and the fluorescent intracellular markers are shown in the first and the second columns, respectively.
